• OpenAI Ads Pixel — measures which OpenAI ads lead to clicks on our demo and contact links and to submitted enquiries. It runs only after you accept marketing cookies. We do not manually pass customer identifiers to OpenAI.

These providers may process data on our behalf or as independent controllers; see Google's, LinkedIn's and OpenAI's privacy policies for details. You can withdraw consent at any time via the 'Cookie settings' link in the footer; measurement stops immediately.

We use analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our website. These tools may collect information such as:

Where applicable, analytics providers may process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

We use Lead Forensics, a service provided by Lead Forensics Ltd, Portsmouth, United Kingdom, to identify which companies visit our website. When you visit, your IP address and basic information about your visit are sent to Lead Forensics. This includes the pages you view, the page you came from, your browser type and your screen size. Lead Forensics matches the IP address against a database of business IP addresses. If it belongs to a business, we see the company name and the pages visited. We do not see who you are as a person. This service does not use cookies.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding which businesses are interested in our products (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You can object to this processing at any time by writing to info@sbtinstruments.com.

Lead Forensics processes the data in the United Kingdom. The European Commission recognises the United Kingdom as providing an adequate level of data protection.

We may share personal data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us with:

All data processors are bound by data processing agreements and are required to process personal data securely and in accordance with GDPR.
